After-Sales Policy
1.Returns and Exchanges:
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective. If there is an order error or product defect and the warranty is valid, a replacement product will be issued. (For more details on product warranties, see the “Warranty Policy” below.) To return your item for a replacement, please contact us via email with your contact details, order information, and reason for the return. Items delivered for more than one week are not eligible for exchange.
2.Exchange Conditions:
- The product must be exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery, with all original packaging, accessories, gifts, and manuals intact, and with no signs of human damage or use that may affect resale.
- A product may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery if it exhibits non-human functional defects.
- A valid sales receipt issued by Haute42, showing the product description and price, is required.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Items requested for exchange after 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Items returned with incomplete packaging, accessories, gifts, or manuals, or items damaged due to human error.
- Exchanges where no valid proof of purchase or receipt is provided, or where forged/altered documents are submitted.
- Damage caused by collisions, burning, unauthorized modifications, or foreign objects not attributable to product quality issues.
- Issues caused by improper installation (e.g., keycaps or switches).
Exchange Fees:
For product quality issues (confirmed by technical staff), we will cover shipping fees during the exchange process. (Ensure you return all required items. If items are missing, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. Missing items must be supplemented; otherwise, it will be treated as a non-compliant return/exchange case.)
3.Warranty Policy:
Products with quality issues within six months are eligible for free repair with a valid sales receipt!
The following cases are eligible for free warranty service:
- Non-human functional defects during normal use of the purchased product within the warranty period.
- No unauthorized modifications, installations, or use of non-official parts, including any issues caused by non-human factors.
- A valid sales receipt issued by Haute42, showing the product description and price.
The following cases are not covered by free warranty
service:
- Any damage caused by human factors, such as dropping, water damage, burning, or normal wear and tear, unrelated to product quality issues.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or opening of the product casing not in accordance with official instructions.
- Damage caused by unofficial internal modifications (e.g., circuit boards).
- Products exceeding the warranty period.
- Products without proof of purchase or second-hand products purchased online or through third-party sellers.
Additional Notes:
- Customers must send the defective product to the Haute42 After-Sales Service Center. Once received, we will conduct an inspection to determine responsibility. If the issue is due to product quality, we will cover inspection, material, and labor costs.
- If the inspected product does not qualify for free repair, the customer can choose to pay for repairs or have the original product returned.
- For issues outside the warranty period or caused by human damage, corresponding inspection and replacement fees will apply.
4.Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders at our discretion.
